What can I offer?
Do you play sports, take it seriously and want to be better and better? Whether you are an individual or a team, you will have even more fun while performing well.
What can consultations help me with?
Individual consultations will help us identify problems and find ways to improve. We will open topics that will help you change your mindset so that you feel better and you thrive more. We will focus on your strengths and how to make the most of them to achieve your goals.
How do the consultations work?
We will meet for the first time on a non-binding basis so that you can find out if my way of working suits you. If you like how I work, we will be meeting further. We set goals for cooperation, time range and frequency. The frequency and duration of cooperation is up to you, it is impossible to estimate in advance how much time will be needed. Even one consultation can help you or we can meet in the long run. However, long-term cooperation brings the best results.
Workshops for coaches, students
It doesn’t matter if you are an experienced coach or a beginner. Every coach in every sport should include sport psychology in practice.
What topics will we focus on?
It depends on what sport you do and whether it is an individual or a collective sport. But what should definitely be the basis are topics devoted to motivation, self-confidence, emotions, communication, leadership, mental toughness or team cohesion.
How do the sessions work?
Each topic has a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part you will learn about the topic in depth and then you will get practical exercises that you will try in practice.
Let’s meet and talk about how I can help you.
Counseling for parents
Do you have a young athlete at home? Do you want an advice on how to work with emotions, how to motivate and how to communicate successes and losses?
The psyche of children is very fragile and sometimes even a small thing can affect the future development of a child. As adults, we tend to overlook these little things, they don’t seem important to us, but for a child it can be the centerpiece of the world.
Are you a parent and a coach of your children? If so, it is important to sometimes remind yourself of the difference between what a child needs from you as their coach and what they want from you as a parent.
I’ll be happy to help you with that.
